Abhishek Ashvinbhai Kamdar and Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) have disclosed a change in their shareholding in Onix Solar Energy Limited, as per SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The disclosure indicates a disposal of shares amounting to 3.42% of the total share capital. Prior to this transaction, the acquirer and PACs held 17.18% of the company's shares. Following the disposal, their total holding has reduced to 13.76%. The transaction was executed through the open market.
