Onix Solar Energy Appoints Hitesh Bhansali as Independent Director

Onix Solar Energy Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Hitesh Kantilal Bhansali as an Independent Director for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. The board meeting also approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and the establishment of a new corporate office in Rajkot, Gujarat. Additionally, the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders' Relationship Committee were reconstituted.
