Vedant Fashions Reappoints Ravi Modi as CMD for 5 Years

Vedant Fashions Limited announced the reappointment of Mr. Ravi Modi as Chairman and Managing Director for a further term of five years, commencing August 28, 2026, up to August 27, 2031. This reappointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The Board also approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Additionally, Mrs. Shilpi Modi was reappointed as Whole-time Director and Mr. Manish Mahendra Choksi as Non-Executive Independent Director, both for five-year terms, also pending shareholder approval.
