Vedant Fashions Reappoints Shilpi Modi as Whole Time Director

Vedant Fashions Limited announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on July 25, 2026, approved the reappointment of Mrs. Shilpi Modi as Whole-Time Director. This reappointment is for a further term of five years, commencing August 28, 2026, and is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mrs. Modi confirmed she meets all eligibility criteria and is not disqualified from holding the directorship. The board also approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and re-appointed Mr. Ravi Modi as Chairman and Managing Director.
