Vedant Fashions Board Approves Q2 FY27 Unaudited Results

Vedant Fashions Limited's Board of Directors has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The meeting, held on July 25, 2026, also saw the re-appointment of key management personnel. Mr. Ravi Modi was re-appointed as Chairman and Managing Director for a five-year term starting August 28, 2026. Mrs. Shilpi Modi was re-appointed as Whole-time Director for the same period. Additionally, Mr. Manish Mahendra Choksi was re-appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term commencing September 06, 2026. All re-appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The company also confirmed that the statutory auditors, M/s B S R & Co. LLP, have issued their Limited Review Report.
