Vedant Fashions Reappoints Manish Mahendra Choksi as Independent Director

Vedant Fashions Limited announced the reappointment of Mr. Manish Mahendra Choksi as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of five years, commencing September 6, 2026, and concluding September 5, 2031. This reappointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mr. Choksi meets independence criteria and is not disqualified from holding the office. The board also approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and re-appointed Mr. Ravi Modi as Chairman and Managing Director, and Mrs. Shilpi Modi as Whole-time Director.
