Accel Ltd Allots 6,06,250 Shares Post Merger

Accel Ltd's Share Allotment Committee approved the allotment of 6,06,250 equity shares to eligible shareholders of Accel Media Ventures Limited, following the Scheme of Amalgamation. The allotment ratio is 1 share of Accel Ltd for every 2 shares of Accel Media Ventures. Post-allotment, the paid-up equity share capital increased to ₹11,63,57,302, divided into 5,81,78,651 shares. These shares will rank equally with existing shares and will be listed on BSE Limited.
