Accel Limited has announced its plan to incorporate a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) named INFINIUUM TECHPARKS PRIVATE LIMITED. The new company will be engaged in the business of development of technology parks, cyber parks and real estate activities. The decision was made at the Board of Directors meeting held on March 31, 2026. The WOS will be a 100% subsidiary of Accel Limited, with the initial paid-up share capital of ₹ 1,00,00,000 i.e. 10,00,000 equity shares of face value of ₹ 10/- each at par value.

Accel Ltd has announced that the Office of the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeal) has passed an order in its favor under Section 250 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 for Assessment Year 2018-19. The order has deleted an addition of Rs. 7,38,33,247/- made by the Assessing Officer (CPC) which had disallowed the set-off of Long Term Capital Loss against Long Term Capital Gains. This favorable order will have a positive impact on the financials of the company, with an approximate tax benefit of Rs. 1.63 crores.
