Accel Limited has re-filed its Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26 to correct design and cover page inconsistencies. The company clarified that the content of the report remains unchanged. The initial filing inadvertently used an old design for the first 14 pages and omitted the back/hard cover page. The corrected report includes the revised design and the missing cover page, superseding the previous filing dated September 3rd, 2026. Accel Ltd has apologized for any inconvenience caused to the exchange and shareholders.
