Accel Ltd Board Meeting on April 30, 2026 to Approve Share Allotment

Accel Ltd has scheduled a Board Meeting on April 30, 2026, to consider and approve the allotment of fully paid-up equity shares to the eligible shareholders of Accel Media Ventures Limited, as per the Scheme of Amalgamation sanctioned by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal. This allotment is in accordance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
