Accel Ltd Closes Trading Window Till 48 Hours After Q4 Results for FY2025-2026

Accel Limited has announced that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from 1st April 2026 until the end of 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026. This decision is in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Reporting Trading by Insiders, framed as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will reopen after the 48-hour period following the announcement of the results. The date of the board meeting to consider the audited financial results will be communicated separately.
