Accel sets May 1, 2026, record date for merger share exchange

Accel Limited announced May 1, 2026, as the record date for determining eligible equity shareholders of Accel Media Ventures Limited to receive shares of Accel Limited. This follows the NCLT's sanction of the Scheme of Amalgamation on March 10, 2026, which became effective on March 31, 2026, with an appointed date of April 1, 2024. Shareholders of Accel Media Ventures Limited will receive 1 equity share of ₹2/- each of Accel Limited for every 2 equity shares of ₹10/- each held. Accel Limited will take necessary steps to list the newly issued equity shares on BSE Limited.
