Ace Alpha Tech Appoints S. Agarwal & Company as Statutory Auditors

Ace Alpha Tech Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 27, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s. S. Agarwal & Company, Chartered Accountants, as the new Statutory Auditors. This appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the upcoming 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) until the conclusion of the 19th AGM, subject to shareholder approval. The board also approved alterations to the company's Articles of Association and the notice for the 14th AGM, scheduled for September 24, 2026. The existing auditors, M/s. Lalit Agarwal & Co, will complete their term at the upcoming AGM.
