Ace Engitech Fixes AGM, Appoints New Independent Director

Ace Engitech Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 27, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Hemant Bohra as an Independent Director for a second term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Sachin Nagendra Singh as an Additional Director in the capacity of Independent Director, effective August 28, 2026, also pending shareholder consent. The company has scheduled its 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for September 29, 2026, and will close its register of members from September 23 to September 29, 2026, for the AGM.
