Pushpaben Kalaria Sells 89,825 ACE Software Shares

Pushpaben Jayantibhai Kalaria, part of the promoter group of ACE Software Exports Limited, has disclosed the sale of 89,825 equity shares. The sale, comprising 35,640 fully paid-up and 54,185 partly paid-up equity shares, occurred through the open market between August 7, 2026, and August 11, 2026. Following this transaction, her shareholding has reduced from 1.04% to 0.65% of the total equity share capital. The total diluted share capital remains unchanged.
