ACE Software Exports Acquires Remaining 1.38% of Ace Infoworld

ACE Software Exports Ltd has completed the acquisition of the remaining 8,900 equity shares, representing 1.38% of Ace Infoworld Private Limited, for a consideration of ₹8,02,246. This acquisition makes Ace Infoworld a wholly-owned subsidiary of ACE Software Exports. Ace Infoworld, incorporated in 1996, is engaged in software development and IT consultancy services. Its turnover for FY26 was ₹19 Lakhs and for FY25 was ₹0.21 Lakhs. The acquisition is in line with the company's existing IT and software business, aiming to consolidate holdings and gain complete ownership.
