Acevector Ltd: Re-appoints Kasaragod Ullas Kamath as Independent Director

Acevector Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Kasaragod Ullas Kamath as an Additional Non-Executive, Independent Director for a second term of five years, effective October 18, 2026. This decision, recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, was approved by the Board of Directors and is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mr. Kamath, who is not related to any other director, brings over 28 years of experience and holds significant qualifications, including being a fellow chartered accountant and an associate company secretary. He also serves as Chairperson of the Board and is an independent director on the board of its listed subsidiary, Unicommerce eSolutions Limited.
