Achyut Healthcare Re-appoints Mrs. Sonu Lalitkumar Jain as Independent Director

Achyut Healthcare Limited has announced the re-appointment of Mrs. Sonu Lalitkumar Jain as an Independent Director for a fresh term of five years. The decision was approved by way of a special resolution at the company's 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM). Mrs. Jain, who has been serving as an Independent Director since November 1, 2021, brings over 8 years of experience in securities markets, legal, and secretarial practices. Her qualifications include being an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, a Bachelor of Commerce from Gujarat University, and a law degree. She currently holds one directorship in another company and is not debarred from holding directorship by any authority. Her remuneration for the role is set at ₹36,000/-.
