Achyut Healthcare Re-appoints Rutvik S. Thakkar as Independent Director

Achyut Healthcare Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Rutvik S. Thakkar as an Independent Director for another term of five years. The decision was made via a special resolution passed at the company's 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM). Mr. Thakkar, a Chartered Accountant with over 11 years of experience in Accounts, Audit, and Finance, was initially appointed on November 1, 2021. He will receive a sitting fee of ₹36,000. He holds directorships in one other company and chairs one committee and is a member of two others. He is not debarred from holding a director position by any regulatory authority.
