ACI Infocom Directors Resign Effective August 14

ACI Infocom Limited announced that two of its directors, Mr. Hemantkumar S Jain and Mrs. Krishna Kamalkishore Vyas, have tendered their resignations. Both Non-Executive and Independent Directors will cease their roles effective August 14, 2026. The reasons cited for their resignations are personal. The company has confirmed that there are no other material reasons for their departure beyond what is stated in their resignation letters.
