Chennai Meenakshi Hospital Appoints New CEO and Independent Directors

Chennai Meenakshi Multispeciality Hospital Ltd announced key management appointments and committee reconstitutions following a Board of Directors meeting on August 11, 2026. Dr. Thanigai Vendan Moorrthy has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer for a five-year term. Additionally, Mr. A F Simeon Telfer, Mr. R V Ramanuja Bharathi, and Ms. Sindu Chawla have been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Directors for five-year terms, subject to shareholder approval. The board also approved the reconstitution of the Audit Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
