Chennai Meenakshi Hospital Board Approves Unaudited Results, Appoints KMP

Chennai Meenakshi Multispeciality Hospital Ltd announced that its Board of Directors met on August 11, 2026, to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also approved key management appointments, including Dr. Thanigai Vendan Moorrthy as Chief Executive Officer for a five-year term. Additionally, Mr. A F Simeon Telfer, Mr. R V Ramanuja Bharathi, and Ms. Sindu Chawla were appointed as Additional Directors in Non-Executive Independent capacities for five-year terms, subject to shareholder approval. The board also approved the reconstitution of the Audit Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
