ACI Infocom: Open Offer for 26% stake at ₹1.53 per share

Credora Partners Pvt Ltd, acting as the Manager to the Open Offer, has submitted a Draft Letter of Offer to BSE for the public shareholders of ACI Infocom Ltd. The offer is made by Mr. Sanjay Natvarlal Mandavia and Ms. Rupal Sanjay Mandavia to acquire up to 3,70,47,634 equity shares, representing 26.00% of the emerging voting share capital. The acquisition price is set at ₹1.53 per equity share. This open offer is being made pursuant to SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011, for substantial acquisition of shares and change in control and management of the Target Company. The offer is not conditional and not a competing offer.
