ACME Solar Closes QIP, Allocates 10 Cr Shares at ₹279.50

ACME Solar Holdings Ltd announced the closure of its Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) issue on June 4, 2026. The Fund Raising Committee approved the allocation of 10,01,78,890 equity shares at an issue price of ₹279.50 per share, which includes a premium of ₹277.50 and a discount of ₹14.63 (4.97%) to the floor price. The company has also approved and adopted the placement document and finalized confirmation of allocation notes for eligible QIBs. The issue closure was based on the receipt of application forms and funds from eligible QIBs.
