ACME Solar Holdings Ltd has secured INR 1,571 crore in long-term project funding from India Infrastructure Finance Company Ltd (IIFCL) for its ACME Renewtech Sixth 300 MW assured peak power project in Rajasthan. This marks IIFCL's first sole greenfield finance to ACME, with a repayment tenor of 19 years. The project has a total capex of INR 2123 crore and includes a 1350 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). The Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) is with SECI Limited for 25 years at a tariff of INR 6.28/unit. This funding contributes to ACME Solar's overall financing of INR 10,976 crore this fiscal.
