ACME Solar Subsidiary Signs 400 MW PPA with NTPC

ACME Solar Holdings Ltd announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, ACME Marigold Urja Private Limited, has executed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with NTPC Limited. The agreement is for a Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) power project with a contract capacity of 400 MW under NTPC's FDRE Tranche 01. The project has a scheduled commencement of supply date of June 30, 2028, and a tenure of 25 years from that date. The contracted capacity is 400 MW at a tariff of ₹4.37 per unit. This marks a significant business development for ACME Solar, expanding its renewable energy footprint.
