ACME Solar Incorporates Two Wholly Owned Subsidiaries

ACME Solar Holdings Ltd has announced the incorporation of two new wholly owned subsidiaries: Amshuman Renewables Private Limited and Urjita Powertech Private Limited. These entities have been established with the objective of undertaking businesses related to the development, establishment, and operation of power generation and renewable energy projects. The initial paid-up share capital for each subsidiary was subscribed in cash, with ACME Solar Holdings Limited investing Rs. 1,00,000/- (10,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each) in each entity, representing 100% shareholding.
