ACME Solar signs PPA with SECI for 300 MW Peak Power Project

ACME Solar Holdings Ltd, through its subsidiary ACME Renewtech Sixth Private Limited, has executed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) for a 300 MW Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) project. The project, awarded under SECI's FDRE Tranche-VII tender, involves supplying 4 hours of assured peak power during non-solar hours with a minimum annual availability of 85%. The PPA has a tenure of 25 years from the Scheduled Commencement of Supply Date (SCSD) of May 28, 2028, at a tariff of ₹6.28 per unit.
