Adani Energy Solutions Appoints New Senior Management Personnel
Adani Energy Solutions Ltd has announced changes in its Senior Management Personnel (SMPs) effective October 22, 2026. Mr. Arvind Sharma has been appointed as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), bringing over 23 years of experience in cybersecurity, including significant roles within the Adani Group and prior experience at DXC Technology and IBM India. He will be responsible for leading the cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk management, and cyber resilience programs for AESL and AEML. Additionally, Mr. Rahul Bhutiani has been appointed as Chief – Strategic Customer Acquisition, with over 32 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, including extensive work within the Adani Group's solar and wind businesses. In his new role, he will focus on the commercialization of merchant power and demand aggregation for Datacenters.
