Adani Airport City Limited (AACL), a wholly owned step-down subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Ltd, has successfully completed the acquisition of 100% of the equity share capital of Portus Ventures Private Limited (PVPL). The acquisition was finalized on June 10, 2026, following the execution of a share purchase agreement (SPA) on June 08, 2026, as amended. This transaction signifies a strategic move by Adani Enterprises to expand its subsidiary's operations and market presence.
