Pine Labs Completes 100% Acquisition of Shopflo Technologies

Pine Labs Ltd announced the completion of its acquisition of 100% stake in Shopflo Technologies Private Limited. The acquisition, initially approved by the Board of Directors on April 25, 2026, was finalized on June 10, 2026. Consequently, Shopflo Technologies has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Pine Labs Ltd, effective from the completion date. This strategic move is expected to bolster Pine Labs' market position and expand its service offerings.
