Adani Total Gas recommends ₹0.25 dividend; June 12, 2026 record date

Adani Total Gas Ltd's Board of Directors, at its meeting on April 27, 2026, approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, with an unmodified opinion from statutory auditors. The Board also recommended a dividend of ₹0.25 per equity share of face value Re.1/- each for the Financial Year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled for Thursday, June 25, 2026. The record date for determining dividend entitlement has been fixed as Friday, June 12, 2026. If declared by shareholders, the dividend will be paid on or after June 26, 2026.
