AWL Agri Business Appoints Pankaj Goyal as CFO

AWL Agri Business Limited (formerly Adani Wilmar Limited) announced the appointment of Mr. Pankaj Goyal as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The decision was approved by the Board of Directors on July 30, 2026, following recommendations from the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Goyal, who previously served as the Interim CFO, officially assumes the role effective July 31, 2026. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 23 years of experience in finance, taxation, M&A, and financial planning, and has been with the company since 2019. He has also held key financial roles within the Adani Group since 2009.
