SBI Life Appoints Nihar Jambusaria as Additional Independent Director

SBI Life Insurance Company Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Nihar Niranjan Jambusaria as an Additional Independent Director. The appointment, approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Board Nomination and Remuneration Committee, is for a term of three consecutive years commencing September 22, 2026. Mr. Jambusaria is a Chartered Accountant with over four decades of experience in finance and taxation, and has served in senior roles at Reliance Industries Limited and as President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
