Adarsh Plant Protect Ltd to Approve Un-Audited Financial Statements for Q3 and Nine Months Ended on 31st December, 2025

Adarsh Plant Protect Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on 14th February, 2026 to consider and approve the un-audited financial statements for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2025. The meeting will also discuss other general matters with the permission of the Chair and majority of the Independent Directors. The trading window for the December 2025 quarter has been closed from 1st January, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the financial results are made public, in compliance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2018.
