Adhbhut Infrastructure Ltd has announced that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulation, 2018, BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019, and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-SEC-4/P/CIR/2022/107 dated August 5, 2022. The date of the Board Meeting for declaration of Audited Financial Results for the year ended on March 31, 2026, will be intimated in due course. All Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the Securities of the Company during this period.
