Afloat Enterprises Reconstitutes Board Committees, Signs Two MOUs

Afloat Enterprises Limited (formerly Adishakti Loha and Ispat Limited) announced the reconstitution of its Board Committees following the resignation of three Non-Executive Independent Directors. The company also approved the execution of two Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs). The first MOU is with Dream Media Network Private Limited to explore a potential strategic association, including the acquisition of up to 100% stake. The second MOU is with Alvora Jewels and Gems Private Limited for the purchase and sale of jewellery and related products. Additionally, the company approved the shifting of its registered office within Delhi. The Board meeting took place on October 22, 2026.
