Afloat Enterprises Signs MOU with Alvora Jewels

Afloat Enterprises Limited (formerly Adishakti Loha and Ispat Limited) announced the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Alvora Jewels and Gems Private Limited. The agreement is for the purchase and sale of jewellery and related products, with terms to be mutually agreed upon. This development was approved during the company's Board of Directors meeting held on October 22, 2026. The meeting also addressed the resignation of three Non-Executive Independent Directors and the subsequent reconstitution of the Board's committees. Additionally, the company approved an MOU with Dream Media Network Private Limited for a potential strategic association and acquisition, and the shifting of its registered office.
