Pine View Sells 2.46% Stake in Adishakti Loha

Pine View Portfolio Consultants Private Limited, through its director Bhaskar, has disclosed the sale of 310,000 shares, representing 2.46% of the total equity, in Adishakti Loha and Ispat Limited. The sales occurred on June 24, 2026 (90,000 shares) and July 3, 2026 (220,000 shares) via open market transactions. Prior to this sale, Pine View held 13,60,000 shares, or 10.83% of the company. Following the disposal, their holding has reduced to 10,50,000 shares, constituting 8.36% of the total equity. The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
