Pine View Sells 5.4 Lakh Adishakti Loha Shares

Pine View Portfolio Consultants Pvt Ltd has disclosed the sale of 540,000 shares in Adishakti Loha and Ispat Limited. The sales occurred on July 27, 2026 (350,000 shares) and July 28, 2026 (190,000 shares) through open market transactions. Following this disposal, Pine View's shareholding in Adishakti Loha and Ispat Limited has reduced from 10,50,000 shares (4.29% of total capital) to 5,10,000 shares (4.07% of total capital). The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
