Adishakti Loha approves Rohit Bhatia & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for 5 years

Adishakti Loha and Ispat Ltd announced the approval of M/s. Rohit Bhatia & Associates as the company's Secretarial Auditor during its 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 30, 2026. This appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the Financial Year 2026-27 until the end of FY 2030-31. The previous auditor, M/s G AAKASH & ASSOCIATES, resigned due to preoccupation with other professional assignments. The new auditor is a corporate legal and secretarial advisory firm with offices in Faridabad and Delhi, providing services in corporate law, secretarial compliance, and corporate governance.
