Afloat Enterprises Appoints Ashish Kumar as New CEO

Afloat Enterprises Limited (formerly Adishakti Loha and Ispat Limited) announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on October 14, 2026. The Board accepted the resignation of Mr. Pawan Kumar Mittal as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and Ms. Anshu Aggarwal as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), both effective immediately due to personal reasons. Concurrently, the Board approved the appointment of Ms. Seema Kushwaha as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (KMP) and Mr. Ashish Kumar as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and KMP, both effective from October 14, 2026.
