Adishakti Loha and Ispat Ltd: CFO & Director Resign

Afloat Enterprises Limited (formerly Adishakti Loha and Ispat Limited) announced that its Board of Directors has accepted the resignations of Ms. Anshu Aggarwal as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Mr. Pawan Kumar Mittal as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. Both resignations are effective immediately from October 14, 2026, citing personal reasons. The company also announced the appointment of Ms. Seema Kushwaha as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, and Mr. Ashish Kumar as the new Chief Executive Officer.
