Vineet Laboratories Appoints Avula Navaneeswara Reddy as Director

Vineet Laboratories Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Avula Navaneeswara Reddy as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. The appointment, effective October 14, 2026, was approved by the Board of Directors via a circular resolution based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming general meeting. Mr. Reddy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and is not related to any existing Directors or Key Managerial Personnel.
