Adishakti Loha and Ispat Ltd (now AFLOAT ENTERPRISES LIMITED) announced that its shareholders, at the 11th Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s S K HANDA & ASSOCIATES (FRN: 016424N) as the Statutory Auditors of the company. This appointment is for a period of five years, commencing from the conclusion of the 11th AGM until the conclusion of the 16th AGM. M/s S K HANDA & ASSOCIATES will replace the retiring auditors M/s V.N Purohit & CO (FRN: 304040E). The board had previously approved this appointment on September 03, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
