Adishakti Loha promoters sell 4.1 lakh shares

Kiran Mittal and Rukmani Devi Mittal, promoters of Adishakti Loha and Ispat Limited, have collectively sold 410,000 equity shares through open market transactions on June 15 and 16, 2026. This sale was disclosed under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The transactions included 10,000 shares sold by Mrs. Rukmani Devi Mittal on June 15, and 150,000 shares by Mrs. Kiran Mittal and 250,000 shares by Mrs. Rukmani Devi Mittal on June 16. Following these sales, the promoter group's total shareholding has decreased.
