This release, effective June 11, 2026, is due to an increase in the market value of the pledged shares, which served as collateral for financial assistance availed by Sky United LLP (Borrower) from Jio Credit Limited (Lender). The pledge was originally established via an Unattested Share Pledge Agreement dated December 26, 2025.
