Aditya Forge Submits FY26 Annual Report

Aditya Forge Limited has submitted its Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26 to the stock exchanges, in compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The report includes the audited financial statements, Board of Directors' Report, Management Discussion and Analysis, and auditor's reports. The company also announced its 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 30, 2026, where the financial statements and the re-appointment of Managing Director, Mr. Nitin Rasiklal Parekh, will be considered.
