Gujarat Themis Biosyn Amends AGM Resolution for Preferential Issue

Gujarat Themis Biosyn Limited has issued a corrigendum to its 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) notice, amending Resolution No. 8 and its explanatory statement. The amendments pertain to a preferential issue of equity shares aimed at raising funds. The total issue size has been revised to ₹335,00,00,724, with up to 82,92,081 equity shares to be issued at ₹404 per share. The funds will be utilized for redemption of NCDs/repayment of borrowings for acquisition of MicroBiopharm Japan Co., Ltd. and for general corporate purposes. India Rating and Research Private Limited has been appointed as the monitoring agency for fund utilization.
