Jindal Photo 23rd AGM Adjourned Due to Lack of Quorum

Jindal Photo Limited's 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for Monday, September 21, 2026, at 2:00 PM via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means, was adjourned. The meeting could not proceed as the requisite quorum, as per Section 103 of the Companies Act, 2013, was not present, with only twenty members in attendance. Consequently, the Chairman declared the meeting adjourned. The AGM will now reconvene on Monday, September 28, 2026, at 2:00 PM, at the same time and through the same VC/OAVM facility.
